All our water bike tours are suitable for beginners. Our experienced tour guides will give you a comprehensive water biking and safety induction before commencing the tour. Additionally, they will be with you every step of the way and will assist you if needed.

It is not necessary that you know how to swim to join any of our tours. You will be wearing a life jacket during the whole duration of the tour. In fact, we do the snorkelling very close to the shore, therefore, you can even enjoy the snorkelling experience without knowing how to swim.

We have different water bike tours designed for different fitness levels. Our Water Bike Snorkeling & Water Fly Adventure Tours are low fitness level tours (depending on conditions). Our Wallaby Aussie Adventure is a medium fitness level tour.

The minimum height required to join our water bike tours is 150 cm, so any child that complies with that height is allow to come with us.

We don’t have lockers, but you are welcomed to leave your valuables in our van, which will be securely locked. Additionally, we will provide you with waterproof bags so that you can take your belongings on the tour.

No, all photos are included and we will share them via our Facebook page for free.

No, there aren’t any toilets in the launch point area, so please come ready and wearing the clothes that you will use for the tour.

We will keep the weather monitored at all times and will wait until the last minute to make weather decisions. In the case we need to cancel a tour due to weather conditions (only in the case of very high winds and the chance of a storm), we will offer rescheduling options, and if unsuitable, we will offer a full refund.

Yes, there is free and unlimited parking available right next to where we launch our tours from. You are required to meet us there 20 minutes prior to the tour’s departure time.

Yes, we provide all the equipment necessary to run the tour.

There is a big community of Bottlenose Dolphins living around the Broadwater, however, we can never guarantee that you will spot them, it is just a matter of luck.

We cater for all different dietary requirements, just make a note of it in the “Special Dietary Requirements” field when you make your booking.

We will upload your tour’s photos in the Albums section of our Facebook page within one week from the tour’s date.

Our transfer service is complementary and free of charge, therefore, if you don’t make use of it, either because you have your own transport or because we don’t comply with the minimum number of participants to run it, there is no discount offered.

If you have a large group (6 people or more), we will be happy to run the tour for your group on a different date. Just contact us via email or phone to enquire availability.

You need to bring swimmers, comfortable beach clothing, beach sandals or thongs, beach towel, sun protection items (sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen), and a reusable water bottle (think green!).

All bookings are to be made online (debit cards, credit cards, and PayPal payments accepted), we do not accept payments on the spot.

If you cancel 48 hours or more prior to the tour we will process a full refund, if you cancel within 24 and 48 hours prior to the tour we will process a 50% refund, but if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the tour we won’t offer any refund.

Yes, absolutely, we have special friends package prices for groups of 6 or more people booking together. If your group is larger than 15 people contact us for an even better discount.

The water is certainly colder than the rest of the year during the winter season (May, June, July & August). However, this is not an issue for having fun with us as we will keep you warm while kayaking by providing full body wetsuits and hot drinks (hot chocolate, coffee and tea).
